The clear aLigner has an extremely good fit due to the special processing of the crystal-clear and virually infrangible material, which has its elasticity as an additional asset. These properties make the material extremely suitable for a retention-device, whith the possibility of slight corrections.

The clear aLigner consists of two part: 1 Buccal an 1 Palatine, connected with two rubber bands. Due to its subtle design, it is a device very much appreciated by the patient. By manufacturing the clear aLigner on a set up it is possible to perform slight corrctions. The extra dimesion added by Ortholab is the "Soft Buccal Strip" which, in some cases, gives just the extra elasticity that is needed.
